Creation of the MONDET House by Jules MONDET who starts vinification on small plots of vines
Jean Pognot sets up with his wife Jeanne and they sell their Champagne at local trade fairs.
Their daughter Ginette is married to a young wine-grower from the village of Romery, Gilbert MONGARDIEN, and they make their first harvest.
Eliane and Daniel MONDET make their first harvest in the village of Cormoyeux and they press their grapes in a traditional wine-press.
Their son, Francis MONDET, takes over the estate and marries Marie-France MONGARDIEN. Strong of their experience acquired very young, Francis and Marie-France MONDET develop the brand by expanding the vineyard, the range of Champagnes, and the customers.
The continuity of the house is ensured today by their two daughters and sons-in-law, Line and Laurent BEAUPUITS, Laurence and Frédéric BERNARDIN, who will make you share the fruit of four generations of people passionate about the wines of Champagne.
